Disable Call Recording / Intrusion

Hi
We are using
Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise
R11
and using 8028/8038 in offices
Users are complaining that following two options are appearing on some sets
Record
Intrusion
How can i disable them and remove them from display of all phones
I do have access to CLI + OXEWBM
