8001 - Got a 500 internal server error in OXO when trying to dial

Hello,
I'm recently receive a OXO Connect for lab testing in my work and i'm registrering a 8001 sip phone (actually registrered) to make calls to other alcatel phones, 8058s and softphone that seems to be working fine and can make calls between them.
I also set a gateway SIP trunk with other PBX, Unify, and also works perfectly.
But when I tried to make a call from the 8001 to another phone, the OXO throws me a 500 sip error (Internal server error) and I'm stucked there.
There is a trace attached that shows the error.
I'm new using this equipment and I don't know very much.
