I going to install OV2500 NMS for first time and I have the licenses of OV4-START-NEW & NM-EX-50-N

What is the installation pre requisites to install the OV 2500 server in hardware or in virtual server ?

Also in admin network we have totally 30 switches ALE & 20 switches of third party switches.

why have you choosen the Release 3.5 forum? Your question is for 4.x....
Installation is good descriped in installation guide and in release notes. Also the prerequesites. F.e. ESXi 5.5, 6.0 or 6.5 with 16G RAM and 8 Cores you will find there.
