hope everyone is well?

I have an issue whereby an OXO with 8 analogue trunks configured for premicells that keeps on selecting the first premicell in the group every time, irrespective if the trunk group is configured as cyclic or sequential. hence the premicells been used runs out of airtime fairly quickly then the client has issues dialling cell numbers.

any ideas

Are you sure that all lines are ok? Are not they blocked due to some fault?

Could it be that line priority is set in the premicell box - did you check that?
