Blutooth headset with CSTA Login

Hello,
I'm trying to use bluetooth headset in a call center environment.
My teleset is a IPTouch 4068, and they usally work with wired headset connected with a Genesys system.
I have no issue to pair bluetooth headset with th phoneset.
This is the problem I am facing:
- When the agent is logged in manually, all works fine
- When the agent is logged in via the CSTA, the headset does not get sound when handling a phone call. The only means to get it, is to pair the headset after the CSTA loggin (and for each logging).
I have already tried to set/unset "headset mode" on logging request, with no success.
Does any one faced the same issue and succeded to make it work ?
