I have an Omni Pcx Office system also newly installed but system is connected to Analog trunk when there is external incoming call to 80x8 series sets In call logs it was showing **** & not the number

Hi,

Yes I'm facing the same issue with a 8039 set in an OXO Connect M system using 4 x analog trunks.

I also cannot see the incoming caller ID.

Usual analogue phone with CLI (connect to external line without OXO) - show or not calling number?

Actually the problem is when I try to retrieve the calls from the call logs at that time it was not showing instead showing ****
But it was showing while in conversation

Isn't there a taxation parameter to show numbers?
VAD may point it out

Do theese phones have different rights profiles than the phones that don't have this problem? I remember seeing a paramater like this once, but I can't remeber where at the top of my head. Are the masked numbers internal, external or both?
