Dynamic Routing timer to VM limited to 15 sec?

Hi all,
I have a problem with Dynamic Routing which won't go to voicemail if I set the timer above 15 seconds. I have attached pics:
Call transfer comes via MLAA for Extension 156, which Dynamic Routes to 151, which has a 15 second timer to VM

If I try to extend the 15 second timer at all, the call simply rings until the call drops out.

System Features/Part 5/Call return for unanswered transfer ... increased to 60 seconds .. problem solved
