ERROR: Write memory is not permitted when switch is running in certified mode

Please help, on OS6860E stack switches, write memory or write memory flash-synchro will gives me the error below

ERROR: Write memory is not permitted when switch is running in certified mode

can you execute the command show running directory and post me the output

first you have to say what is your start or running directory:
copy certified working make-running-directory

now working is the used directory. you can check with "show running-directory"
