Alcatel Unleashed

I was trying to pair the IP phone 8068 with its Bluetooth handset, but the pairing attempt fails, and then the handset goes off completely all attempts to put it back on fail, LED is totally off. A second 8086 phone was also tested by removing the paring and re-pairing another bluetooth handset, same results. Now we have two handsets that is not coming back on. What could be wrong?

Yep, I have had a simpler problem, I needed to pull-out he battery inside the handpiece to restart the pairing process
