Hi,

I have installed 8770 R.30 with my OXE 11.2. synchronization is working fine.

I want to configure 8088 handset with my OXE. So in USER tab on 8770 when I am associating a SIP device with user 8770 is giving below error.


"Retrieve user entries 'Uid=123 Test,o=FIT,o=directoryRoot' error: Connection refused: connect"

Could you check whether the Apache service is running on your 8770 server?

hope port 80 is used by another application.

I assume you need to uninstall IIS (which is currently using the port):

hi, its a known issue, delete the oxe tree in 8770 and recreate it, synchronize it,, it will work,,,, it happen to me as well
