Hi, i have an OXO in R7.1 with de remote access to the VM locked. The client put the wrong password several times and the mailbox is locked, I have reset the password and the mailbox is now accessible but when I try to listen the messages gives me a locution that says "remote access to the mailbox is blocked" and does not leave me listen. Does anyone know what can I do?

hi -- you have to check the VM with the assigned telephone set, or you have to open in Userlist / Details/ LM "Remote customization"
