Rainbow with OXO Connect

Hi All,

I am trying to do a Rainbow setup with My OXO Connect System.

I have got the Activation code from Rainbow admin.

But when I am synchronize with the OXO connect, system shows disconnected.

Anyone can help..

Hi,

do you have the latest patch installed?
There were still some bugs in the past, they should be fixed in the current release.

The issue got resolved.....the issue was with the PBX ID provide by Rainbow
