forward external to external

Hello !
I have problem with forwarding external incoming calls to external ,
when I try call from external to my set , call is forward to external and external is ringing, but when I try pick up the phone (external ) im disconected........
Please help me wit this............. thank you.

Hi!! Which is this PBX. Anyway if it is OXO or 4200 than u can try changing CM miscellaneous lable "FacilityIE". Because with some public switch, this has to match.

No, only when I try forward external to external, when external to other internal ---> OK, and when internal to external -->OK
