Cancelling Licence 10G Uplink

Hi,

I have a problem concerning a 10G licence i have activated, and i am not able to find any solution.
i have generate a 10G uplink licence with the paper format (activation code + SN + @MAC), but i have use the SN of one switch and the @MAC of another switch. The resuslt is that the licence is not working on both switch.
Is it possible to cancel the licence generated, and recreate a new lience with the same activation code ?

Hi ,

You have to open a SR with ALU , Send the correct Mac Address and SN and explain the issue , I had the same issue bfore

Thanks for your reply. I will do that and let you know if the problem is solved. (i just have a customer ID, so i hope it will be enough to open a case to the support).
