hello there

I'm trying to be able to receive up to 4 DDI calls on a multiline set, but second call always gets busy tone.
I checked classes of services, overflows, etc but cannot get it to work and I'm not sure what I'm missing.

What about a number of multi-line keys? For 4 calls you need 4 keys.

Hi

First of all: check the number of multiline keys configured on the UA set.
Second, make internal calls to the UA set, as many calls as the number of multiline keys you configured.
There is no a lot of configuration to become a UA set as multiline. As I know, it is just configure multiline keys.

Best regards.
