Alcatel Unleashed

After a system upgrade, from OXE 11.0 to OXE 11.2 , the 8xx8 (8068/8038/8028) ip phones firmware has been upgraded from 4.33.00 to 4.52.60.
Since this upgrade , ip phones handset no longer working no sound/voice, while the speaker is working properly.

We have more than 400 ip phone (8xx8)

any suggestions?

can i downgrade ip touch firmware?
ip touch with old firmware are working fine

yes you can /usr2/downbin/standard is where the binaries are kept.

Find the binary for the 8xx8 and replace it with a working one, and reboot the sets.

You can check the version in the binary with the readhead command
