Guys,

I have a speed dial number, going to an outside number..
Let's say 6000 -> 912124680000

When I call from my phone, my call go to this number.
Another guy, he can't get to this 6000 with his phone (from outside).

His # is NOWHERE in the PBX.

Any idea ?

Hi Frank,

Are you also calling from outside?

What do you see when you do a t3 trace?

What happens if you create a set and imm.fwd this to the 9121...number?
Does it work for both of you then?

1) connection category number 5 (default category for trunks).
2) public network (access) category 0 (default category for trunks).
3) entity/discriminator selector for entity 0 (default entity for trunks).
For two last point you can manage user with entity 0 and public network cat 0 and try dial 6000.
