PIMphony supervision window with icons greyed out.

Hi, Ive swapped a Premium digi phone for an IP phone (moved the ext and name to the IP phone). The IP phone works fine but in the PIMphony supervision window the ext (which was a premium phone) is now greyed out. Im presuming i either need to delete this key and add another for the new IP phone OR I need to get PIMphony to re-sync with the OXO. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
