First test your cable and "alcatel adapter" on another switch (to make sure it works..) - i often had people using Cisco cables - this will not work ;-)
Check your settings (9600/8/N/1)

If you have a working cable try with your switch. Reboot with cable attached (any output)
maybe someone has fiddeld with the settings in miniboot ? Cycle to all Speed and Flow settings and press enter a couple of times.
Still not output? Consider an RMA

Can I have pin configuration of console cable (RJ-45 to DB-9 female end) to verify my cable, please?

I think it is in some Manual, otherwise a normal Ethernet + the adapter (DB9 -> RJ45 female) that is included with every switch should be fine.
Otherwise use the search function:

Hi,
I have tested and verified console cable. It is working fine with other Alcatel-Lucent OmniStack LS6224P.
I have also tested with all speed and flow setting but no progress.
Could you please provide Break Key Sequence combination of OS6250-24? So that I may further test it

Omnistack 6224 afaik has a different PINout (i think it is cisco compatible) all the newer OmniSwitch have a different pinout. Do you have an 6450/6850/6250 to verify?
Maybe Silvio has some experiences with the 6224

Hi,
in my knowledge the old 6224 and the newer 6250/6450 etc. did use the same adapter. If you do seen anything than the bootparams will be wrong (wrong serial settings). You can interrupt boot at 6250 with "s".
Also you can try to use disaster recovery of your 6250 via USB stick.
There should be some in the forum f.e. http://www.alcatelunleashed.com/viewtop ... ery#p84170
