Alcatel IPTouch 4038 + OmniPCX = Add-On not stored

Hi,
Here is the setup and problem:
Alcatel IPTouch 4038 with a 40 button add-on.
I was able to set everything up once from OmniPCX by doing this:
Subscribers/Basestations List >> Locate the extension >> Details >> Keys >> Select Add-On >> 1st Add-On = Add-On 40 >> OK (on Add-On Module selection) >> Mod Add-On >> Insert the button functions >> Return (on Terminal Add-On Module) >> OK (on Subscriber Keys) >> OK (on Subscriber) >> Return (on Subscribers/Basestations List)
Now something got reset and the keys no longer work. I opened the Subscriber Keys window and saw that the Module / Used option was empty. So I again choose the Add-On. Checked if all the functions are there - they were. But as soon as I press OK on Subscriber window and get back to the Subscribers list all the settings seem to be reset back. I open the Subscriber Keys window again and it's like nothing was done.
What am I doing wrong or where might be the problem?
