Hi all
I have a problem, that when I pick a trunk line using trunk number (from a trunk group) and try to call external number , the dial tone still working and the call can't be made


please help me to overcome this problem

Why you not give us some information about your management?
1 - external line type
2 - problem exist from the beginning or after some management
3 - TG - number compatible with/ number of digits to send - may be you manage discriminator "-1" (not used) and number of digits to send 0?

1 - if you connect analogue phone directly to the line - dialling works (line works)?
2 - in TG/ trunk group/ trunk - trunk COS - was changed or not (usually 0 or 1 - pulse or DTMF dialling)
3 - when you dial from digital set - you have continuous dial tone - but dialled digits displayed or not?

the problem is solved, we just rest the GD-3 of the main shelf because the board is located in expansion module.
