Hello all. My company has an opportunity whereby we need to monitor outbound dialed digits in real time. Our application currently uses TAPI for this feature. I've seen a lot of reference to TAPI on the web but nothing concrete or official. I was wondering:
How might I attain the relevant TSP?
Are there other options to get the data we need in real time?
What licensing is required?
Where can I find documentation on the matter?
Where can I find documentation in general for this model of PBX?

Search for premium tapi server .
You need license for that and upgrade if it is old release
