I have some dect users and I would like for internal incoming calls send DTMF codes without dial prefix, is possible ???

You do not control incoming calls DTMF.
Unless if you consider an incoming call one of your extensions calling one of your services ?

Very easy, I have an alarm system connected to OxE with analog users, when there is an alarm the system call to users dects, the users dects has to validate the alarm dialing a digits DTMF, I woul like to avoid dial the prefix internal for DTMF in OxE and dial directly the codes for validate the alarm.

Have you tried VSI Transparency in the Analog user settings ?
