How to stop a lag when making a conference call on 4135

Dear all,

We are experiencing a lag when having an audio conference on our alcatel 4135 conference set registered on OXO 10.2, fully connected with IP Subcribers only.

It takes some time(seconds) for second or third external correspondent to hear what the first external correspondent said and it happens that volume is also low to external correspondents in a conferences contrary to what is heard on the conference set.

Can anyone there share with us how we can improve Qos in this senario ?
