Hello!
Is it possible transfer established call to another user from phone set (IP Touch 4038)?
For example, user1 makes call to user2.
User2 takes the phone. After that user2 presses some program key and input phone number of user3. Call is transferred without pressing additional buttons.

Phone feature COS (user 2) - allow "transfer on no answer".
User 2 dial user 3 number and disconnect. But if user 3 will not answer - call will not return to user 2 (will be used Entity CDT).

"transfer on no answer" is 1.
User 2 already has established call with user 1. Conversation with user 1 is put on hold when user 2 starts enter phone number of user 3. Outgoing call from user 2 to user 3 is initialized when user 2 finishes inputting number of user 3.
In this case user 2 has to press "Transfer" button on phone set to transfer user 1 to user 3.
Maybe I do something wrong?

In additional - call between user 1 and 2 - for user 2 call was incoming or outgoing?

For user 2 call was incoming.
User 2 dials user 3. User 2 sees outgoing call to user 3 immediately after imputing all numbers of user's 3 phone number.
User 3 receives incoming call from user 2. In this time user 2 can press "Transfer" on his ip touch.
How does user 2 can replace handset?

I mean - user 2 dial user 3 number and put the handset (release himself) - what happen:
- call will be transferred to user 3,
- user 3 stop ringing and user 2 have notification about hold,
- all communications released?

Yes, you are right. If user 2 hangs up the phone, then transfer happens.
User 3 for a split second, sees that user 2 is calling him, and then user 3 sees that user 1 is calling.
