Packetizer problems

Hi guys,
Installing my first Packetizer here and having some issues.
This is a system with both, DRLink and IPDRLink. IPDRLink calls are recorded without any problem.
However DRLink calls via the Packetizer do have a problem that only 30 sec of call are recorded. I can see that on logs constant disconnections come from this equipment.
If I do a constant ping to it, I get a response like this:
Pinging 10.143.192.7 with 512 bytes of data:
Reply from 10.143.192.7: bytes=512 - MISCOMPARE at offset 119 - time<1ms TTL=125

1. MISCOMPARE packets (what I sent is not what returned)
2. Timeouts

For someone who has a packetizer on site, is this normal behaviour?

We see that the timeouts occur exactly when it starts to record a call via DRLink...so processing? CPU? I loaded last firmware from BPWS and did as instructed on the installation guide. Anyone knows any missing info or "secret click" to be done?

Thanks in advance

hi Cav, note sure you will like this but I've just tried at a site where I have the same i.e. IPDRLINK and DRLINK. I have no timeouts of mismatched packets coming back :)
I tested from the OXE same subnet as packtizer and management server on a different subnet.
network issue?

Well, I also would think that if this issue wasn't always even when connected directly to laptop

Yeah, as this an HA solution got the backup one and works now. Both were having the issue and now...just gone on one of them, the other (A) keeps with some ping high time responses and if put to work will timeout...ALE is also scratching their head
