Additional field for second username

Hi everybody,
today we got a request from our financial department that it would be great if we could store our ActiveDirectory login names somewhere in the Alcatel system.
Our problem is now that we have only 5 characters for our AD logins that are generated out of our names and office id, what lookes like xyz01 for user xaver yzedolsky in office location 01.
In the system we have know yzedolsky as Directory name and xaver as directory firstname, so that we can search the phonebook by the directory name and also the displayed name on the phone should be "firstname directoryname".
I tried to put now our AD logins into the UTF8 name fields but if i then call somebody our logins are dislayed instead of the cmoplete name.
I know wanted to ask if there is a field where I could put in some text that is never displayd on the telephones display. It should only be accessable via reports or by exporting user data.
Probably it is also possible that we use only the utf8 entries for phonebook and active calls, I hope you guys can help me with this question.
Thanks a lot.
Andi
