Dear,
I have an issue with our PBX.
My company would like to use MyIC Web as client so I make some test.
Unluckly when I try to access MyIC We using https://<myPbXIp>/services/MyICOffice/ i receive this error after put device number and code (Traslate from italian by me):
An internal service, needed to service this task, doesn't respond
Cause: Error - Access Forbidden for this user

I use the same device number/code thet work in PIMPhony.

Can you help me?

First you need a license for My IC Web in the OXO. If you have the license, you have to allow the user to use it. You do this under Subscribers - Details - Features. There you find "My IC WEB Support." See also attached screenshot.
