Doorphone, Voice Processing and OXO

Hello, i've got a problem with a doorphone. The doorphone is cabled on an analog trunk (index: 5 number 53)
We just implemented the voice processing with an interactive menu for the incoming calls, but when i push the button of the doorbell, the automatic operator answer also there. How to bypass directly to the human operators? Thank you!

Go to: External Lines/ List of Accesses/ select trunk/ details/ Call-Dist. Assign number of your Human operator. This number must be from Public Numbering Plan if you have marked "public trunk" in Access details or from Private Numbering Plan if this field not marked.
