How to enable DND from attendants?

Hi,
How can I activate DND, do not disturbe, from attendants?
It works from colleges and external calls but not from attendant. In my case the users enable DND and the calls gets to the attendant that then transfers them back to the DND user, witch makes it all pointless.

the attendant has allways the right to go arround the dnd. but he must see a diplay message that dnd is activated. the it is on the attandent what he should do... just give him order to respect the dnd!

Hi,
When i am trying to make a call to specific number, it displays DND on my console.
How can i remove it?

On this set - dial DND prefix.

how to override dnd so the reception / hotel staff can call guest ?
