New Licenses Not Appearing

Good Morning,

We wanted to add an 10 DECT users to our OXO. We purchased the new license key which we have imported how ever the user count has changed from NA to 0. Can anyone help?

Check in the business portal if the license key details match with what you intended to buy. Maybe there was some problem in the buy process and there is no problem in the file or the PBX.

yes thank you. i checked with our supplier and they had not sorted out the dect license. how do i get access to the business portal?

The business portal is only accessible for certified business partners, not for end-costumers.
