OXO - some Problems after migrating from ISDN to SIP

Hello,

i have recently migrated our OXO from ISDN to a SIP Trunk from Easybell. I got the most important things running (incoming/outgoing calls etc.) but i have some issues which rised up:

-I am not able to connect calls coming from outside to another internal phone. Before migrating we just had to call the internal number and hung up, but now the called internal phone isn't ringing anymore
-Calls from both internal and external now have the same ringtone which is the one that was used for internal phone calls before
-We were used to have a mailbox which was put on if external phone calls to our main number weren't answered after a defined time, this mailbox is also not working any more

I have set up the SIP Trunk according to http://www.easybell.de/hilfe/internet-k ... l-102.html - do you have any ideas what else i need to change? Maybe some old stuff from the ISDN configuration?

As you are on SIP forget about ISDN. You need to trace what is happening.

Thanks for York reply - i thought that internal things like Putting a call Through to Another internal phone Should work Independent of the Connection to the Outside?!

I agree with @cavagnaro and @Maulwurf. You can do one check:
Is in your ARS / Trunk Group List ID=1 an entry in field Index pointing to your public trunk group? And then go and do the certification for this SIP provider!

How can you solve a problem without see the problem?

@giovanni.attolini it's quite easy even without traces: The step (assigning the trunk group) is missed in the HowTo http://www.easybell.de/hilfe/internet-k ... l-102.html :-)
