Please how can i get list of unanswered call , is there any way to automate that ?

Only if you have Tickets enabled and licensed.
You need some collector software like Omnivista or others.
Please search before and don't double post.

is it internal or external calls. u can get external unanswered calls but not internal unanswered calls
