Enable alert missed calls

Hello!

I would like to enable the alert of the missed calls, because even when I receive an external call the phone never shows me that I have a missed call, this issue happen in all the phones that I have so I would like to know what can I do to enable this function?

Do you have phone number on display during the call?
User parameters - item ISDN subscriber/External - checked or not?

No, I can see the line number on the phone display. Where can I see that in the OXO?

External line - analogue or ISDN
If ISDN - CALLING number present in SETUP or not (if not - ask provider)
if analogue - CLIP works or not (connect analogue phone with CLIP directly to line and check).
You can have not answered calls - if you receive calling number.
