Can a blind transfer go back to the user if not answered?

Post by nanana2 »

Hello!

is this possible? i have been investigating but i don't know how to do it:

userA blind transfers the call to UserB.

The call is not anwered (userB is busy or just it does not answer the call)

The call returns to UserA.

UserA is not an Attendant, but if it's necesary i can configure it as Antendant.

Regards!

the call will follow the entity CDT (but i'm not sure which entity but i think userA). on the downside of this workarround... you cannot create unlimited enties.
also... if you have configured an overflow on a direct external call, this call will also follow this entity CDT.

regards...
