Reports: Entity stat

Hello,
I need to know the status of the entity, for some reports.
it's possible?
The status of the entity is managed by attendant group. Incoming calls go to terminal A if night or to terminal B if day mode.
I want to visualize an internal or other according to the state, and discard the other tickets.

It´s not double post.
I mean, I have a Omnivista 4760 (Version 4760.5.0.07.05)
and I want to get a report of calls, which depends on the state of some entity.
For an entity day mode, I have in mind terminal A;
for an entity in night mode, I look at another terminal (terminal B).
The change in status of the entity are administered by attendant. Perhaps it is useful to look at the state of this attendant group (rather than the entity).
