Hello everyone,
I am new to Oxe but I have a client who give maintenance.

I need to create passwords for outgoing calls.

the idea is to use this password as a private code and then with OV 4760 verify the same and not by extension, have extensions with more than one user.

It's possible? if you can give me a hand thanks!

Business codes? You have password by PIN or by Business Codes. Check the system documentation on how to configure them.
PIN had a restriction of not being to be transferred up to some recent OXE release. But if you are on 11 should be fine to be transferred if you configure OXE to do so.
