Connect to Common hardware GD card

Hi
I have a Alcatel common hardware PABX and since yesterday , i don't have connection between GD and CS , so fan light is off!
I can connect to CS and there is not any problems. But i can not connect to GD and i can not find the ip of that !
if the ip of GD is erased how i will find it?
How i can replace a new ip address for GD?

Do you have system documentation (you can read Installation chapter)?

I have system documentation but Unfortunately there is not any installation chapter.

Thank you for your help.
i have read installation chapter and i made a cable (RS-232 TO RG-45) to make a connection between GD card and PC in hyperterminal but i can't connect to GD card yet.
can you help me again sir?

i read it that was useful to me, but i can't connect to GD card yet .
To make a connection in hyperterminal,I'am trying to make a RS232(female)to RJ45(male) cable. can you lead me to make that please?

Not remember pinout for this cable. I'm use Cisco blue serial cable (just cut RG45 and install new one - turn 180 degrees)

iwas disconnected from net this morning , you can found the cable in systemDOC/HARDWARE/ PLATEFORM&interfaces/cystal/inip and /inip3 external conneection
