One Number Service | Single and Multi Call Presentation

Hi,
We have a customer with a number of 8028 deskphones twinned with 8232 DECT handsets. They would like both extensions to ring when their internal number is called, but do not want additional calls to come through when they are on one of the handsets.
They also would like each paired set of handsets to appear busy if either one is in use on the 40 key extension module.
I was reading about the feature set on the OXO Data Sheet (Mobility Services section) where it mentions "Up to 3 Devices per user" for the One Number Service, as well as "Single or Multiple Call Presentation". Are these features related to this type of requirement?
Can anyone elaborate on how we might be able to achive this customer requirement? It's a brand new system and the customer has now stated this is a key requirement for the business.
