One OXO, 2 Companies, Calls for second company reached first company. GSM Gateway

Hi Guys,

We installed an OXO a year ago and it is shared by two companies. CompanyA and CompanyB.
They have seperate ISDN Lines.
The calls for CompanyA reaches CompanyA as it's Receptionist is in Attendant Group.
and companyB's reach CompanyB though Numbering plan.

And it is working fine.

We recently installed two GSM Gateways for CompanyB, and here the problem starts.

All calls that at directed to CompanyB's GSM Gateway Reaches companyA Receptionist.

We tried:
External Lines -> list of accesses -> (select GSM Gtw) -> Call distribution *
*/// and added extention of CompanyB's receptionist, in vain

The GSM gateway is Quescomm

How is the GSM gateway connected to OXO? analog lines, SIP trunks, ISDN?
It seems that the incoming calls to companyB's gateway are not reaching the destination and overflowing to the attendant group.

Regards

Sorry for late reply, having other issues with the same client.
The GSM gateway is connected through ISDN.

You need to do calls distribution by DID not by access. In the GSM gw you can define the user number to be sent to the OXO.

Hi tot3nkopf,

Thnx for the reply...we have tried it and it is not working. I can't see where we can define the number in the gateway. I will have to contact the supplier.
