I have to configure a network following a ring topology and I do not have ERP license. Is there any way to make this without STP?

For ERP you need metro licence. I don't know any other way to build a complete ring with one blocked port without ERP and without spanning tree. The main difference in practice will be the longer change-over time in case of failure (50ms with ERP but until 1 sec with STP).
