- We using entities for call outgoing display
- When i used agent 4004 take call out to my mobile phone number, on the mobilephone number display with 628445004004, it is addition 4004,
and on Entities configure as bellow, please advise

i see one thing that might be wrong

x Installation No. (ISDN) : 62844500 x
x Supplement.Install.No. (ISDN) : 62844500 x

in our entity its looks like

x Installation No. (ISDN) : 5223977 x
x Supplement.Install.No. (ISDN) : 0 x

the Supplement.Install.No. is as far as i know the extension which is used when there is no ddi for the extension

At first - show "t3" trace - what you see on mobile and what PBX send - may be not the same number

remove the 4500 from the installation number and put 4500 in the Supp number only and re test

We can play with Installation/supplementary number but:
- we need to know NPD used in TG
- DID id and rules for installation/default number from NPD
- DID rules
- and need to understand - why we play with Entity 0 (usually TG) instead of Entity 1 (usually users)

i want to use Entities for call out display, i still tried to config

x Installation No. (ISDN) : 6284 x
x Supplement.Install.No. (ISDN) : 4500 x

on Entities 1 but same issue, it is automatic addion 4004, with 4004 is extension. We only want display with 62844500

Have you other way to cut 4004 when the call out? or other idea to solve this issue
