CCIVR admin password change

Hello,

We changed the password for the administrator account on the CCIVR (version 11.2.0.0). The Alcatel A4625 TVK service did not start properly, so we started the procedure as the TG0013 Omnitouch CCIvr Troubleshooting Guide said (page 24). We successfully uninstalled the service, but after that the re-installation is failed. We got the following error message:
CreateService failed - The account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified (0x421).
We used the new password to login, it worked. We checked the privileges of the user, it is Administrator.
Is there a solution based on the experience any of you?
