Hi,

I can seem to get our 8118 handsets to work correctly with our HP M330 802.11ac Access Points when roaming.

Our HP M330 are on the latest firmware V1.0.0.1-M330-B0003.
Radio set to b/g for both access point and phone.

They connect and we can make calls aslong as the user doesnt roam. When moving from one Access Point towards another its disconnects and then then doesnt connect quickly to the next point and I am unsure what to do to fix this issue.

The access points are clustered together but I am unsure if this is a phone thing or an access point thing.

hi you can try withh only a (5ghz) you should choose via 8118.

Hi, I have tried with 5ghz, on channel 44@20mhz but when roaming from one access point to another the call disconnects then tries to ring back.
