For one of our customers we need some phones that can only RECEIVE calls.
These phones are 2 be used by customers at a front desk where the receptionist passes calls to that set.
So for example a vistor wants to talk to a person of our company. The receptionist calls that person, when the person responds he transfers the call to that receive only set.
We do not want the visitors to be able to make calls, not even internal.

How can we achieve this?

The easiest way - use phones without keypad.
Or use analogue phone and manage Phone feature COS - Routing mode at-off hook - routing to receptionist.
