Hi,

I have a customer who has OXE 10.0 is requesting two features, can anyone help me :

1) When one call is put on hold and the person is talking on the second call, is it possible to recieve a beep notification after every 10 seconds to notify the user that he has put one call on hold.

2) When an internal or external call is transfered to extension B by extension A, if the extension B doesnt answer the call should return back to extension A.

I would be glad if anyone could answer my queries.

1) not sure. And (if possible) not convenient for secretary/attendant.
2) not possible.

For 2 you can:
- for some people forbid "transfer on no answer" - user will wait answer before transfer.
- in some case (small company, you need this for secretary/operator) - declare secretary number in Entity CDT (non answered calls will be routed to Entity CDT).

Thanks Vad, I will use entity CDT in case of no answer all calls will be routed to the operator.

For 1st question, the customer dont care even if its not convinient for operator, and he wants to have this option. Is there anyway
