HARD RESET DESKTOP 8012 SIP

Hi, One of my client has a lock a 8012 set on OXO R10 , he no longer knows the password, and impossible to unlock with the OK button . So I connect my set locked on another OXO and despite reset Data and Hard job , it is always locked. I find Myen to return to the post with a key combination * # at boot time job , but I have no constructor password. Have a vosu ideas ?

I responds to my question. You simply connect the 8012 to a post without OXO configuration, and the post code take as the default code SIP users (if release <10) 151515.

The password master of 8012 Alcatel-lucent is ( when you want to enter in the desktop configuration in tiping *# in boot mode ) is *8000#.

hi,
*8000# dose not work. i can enter the main menu of the phone but there is no option to factory reset the phone. can some one post some captures if possible on how to reset a 8012 phone.

From system doc

To perform the reset to factory on a set:
1. Restart the set
2. During set initialization (steps 2/5 to 5/5) , press the *, then # keys
The message Password: is displayed on screen
3. Enter the administrator password required for the reset to factory
The default administrator password is *8000#.
The message Reset to factory is displayed on screen
4. Press OK to validate the reset to factory, or press C to cancel the reset
A confirmation message is displayed on screen
5. Press OK to confirm the reset to factory
The set restarts immediately and the reset to factory is performed

Hi Vad thanks for the reply. when i enter *# i cant type in *8000# as it will not accept it, but its accepts 000000 as its admin password and i can enter the settings menu. the settings menu when i scroll it trough it looks just line a 4018 menu.
there is no option for ''factory reset' and yes it is a alcatel lucent 8012 sip phone set.
maybe is i attach a clip i will be more easier to get a picture of what i am facing?
