Placing a call on hold

Hi Guys,

It's been a long time since i programmed on the OXO, Can someone please give me some guidence on how to setup a key to place a call on a common hold, So the staff using the system can yell out to another member to take the call from a difference set on the system, by pressing a limit amount of keys?

I can see call Parking but, my users are after some key presence with the calls.

Ok, my workaround was to create a virtual number as a user e.g. 9, place the number in a system wide pickup group and with dynamic overflow to a hunt group after 60secs.
So the user in a call just presses 9, hangs up to transfer the call to user 9. and then presses the broadcast key to announce the call to a staff member the are unable to locate. and the staff member just walks up to any handset and presses the pickup key and takes the call that is ringing 9.

There is no presence but the customer was happy with this setup in the end.
