I have an analog set. The BUSY ON CAMP ON under Dynamic state user is turned off. The class of service protect the user against any kind of barge-in... Once in a while, people would be able to call and have the message "You might camp-on by pressing 6" ... Any idea why ? Thank you !

Try to turn off the campon, then turn it off also in the COS. Sometimes it's weird, if the campon was true, and you change it to false, it keeps the old state..

How to tunr off the voice promt camp-on where we go to do that off, tnx
