Hi, i have two- iptouch phone's that need joining to our system, i have followed the other posts about resetting the set by "indutrial mode" (i 123) but still i get no ping from the Ip 192.168.1.1(default fttp?) (static on pc 192.168.1.6), its connected by PoE injector currently, an i have tried getting the ip/s from a managed network swich. is there any files i could use so the set can pull default settings from? or another way to factory reset these?

Problem solved!, i looked into the Sipconfig file and "000000" worked!
